For MBA's, Microsoft offers a range of positions and roles within Engineering, Global Sales Marketing and Operations, the Worldwide Commercial Business, and Business Functions within Finance, HR, and Legal. The largest number of post-MBA roles are offered within Global Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
What does your organization / industry in general look for in new hires/students from MBA programs?
Microsoft, in general, hires for cultural fit first and foremost. Given that, Microsoft looks for certain values within new hires and potential candidates - including leadership, innovation, diversity and inclusion, and social responsibility, to name a few.
