Asia School of Business

Malaysia continues to make progress with regards to COVID-19.  The daily infection rate has been trending down since the beginning of April.  Currently, the daily infection rate is 36 cases per day, down from the peak when cases were above 200 per day.  This is the lowest the rate has been since mid-March before the lockdown/quarantine.  Based on this information, we continue to plan  for a Fall 2020 start. Cornell University Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management

Cornell Johnson has updated rolling admissions for both its one-year and two-year MBA programs. A rolling deadline has been added for June 1, 2020 for the two-year MBA and April 24, 2020 for the one-year MBA. Two-year MBA candidates unable to submit test scores by June 30, 2020 will have their application automatically transferred to the 2020-2021 admissions season. The one-year MBA program will start virtually on May 11 and Johnson has an accelerated review and notification process to accommodate this start date.

Emory University Goizueta Business School

Emory University’s Goizueta Business School has extended the application deadline for its One-Year MBA to April 15, 2020 and its Two-Year MBA to July 1, 2020. On-boarding for incoming Two-Year MBA students will be delayed from July until August. Application fees will be waived for the remainder of the application cycle for candidates applying for a fall 2020 start.Individuals who have not taken the GMAT or GRE can still submit an application and will be considered for waivers. For Evening MBA and Executive MBA, the requirement for being currently employed is relaxed for those who have been laid off due to COVID-19. Learn more.

Esade Business School

Esade has made the whole admission process as flexible as possible. The whole process can be done online, including the Entrance Interview. We will accept the online GMAT/GRE but also are offering an online test developed in-house. We understand there may be delays, so we are evaluating applications on a rolling basis in case deadlines are missed by a few days. We have also reserved scholarship funds so they are available during the whole process, and our team is available for any questions applicants may have. Our goal is to have face-to-face classes, starting in September as usual.

Georgetown University McDonough School of Business

At Georgetown McDonough, we embody our Jesuit value of cura personalis, or care of the whole person. Amid testing center closures and economic uncertainties related to COVID-19, we have given Fall 2020 Full-time and Flex MBA applicants more flexibility. In addition to the onsite GMAT/GRE, we will accept the online GMAT/GRE and expired GMAT/GRE scores, the Executive Assessment, MCAT, and LSAT. For English testing requirements, we will now accept the online TOEFL and online DuoLingo. After Round 4 on April 27, we’ll move into our rolling admissions cycle with a June 24 deadline. UPDATE: The fall semester will now start on September 8 in order to maximize the probability of an in-person start date.

Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business

In response to the coronavirus, Georgia Tech continues to take precautionary measures to keep our community safe. Through virtual engagement, candidates may easily connect with Evening or Full-time ambassadors, attend online events, and speak with an admissions team member.    The Evening Program is accepting online scores as well as test waiver requests. We have two remaining deadlines for our Evening MBA Program on May 29th and June 26th.  The Full-time MBA Program has one remaining deadline: June 1. We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis and candidates will have decisions within a month of submitting a completed application. The Full-time Program is also accepting scores taken in the online format. If you need flexibility in submitting credentials, please let us know, we are happy to work with candidates on an individual basis.

Imperial College London Imperial College Business School

Imperial College Business School is continuing to offer a highly personal Admissions process with our teams working remotely, providing ample opportunities for prospective candidates to connect with us online. We have relaxed our requirements around GMAT/GRE test scores to apply for the Full-Time MBA and MSc International Management programmes to allow candidates to submit an application without their score, and we are offering conditional offers to the programme where necessary. We are also accepting test scores from the GRE General Test at home. Where required, MBA and MSc interviews are taking place online through one-to-one interviews or via our online interview platform. We have also increased our flexibility in the official copies of documents we usually require at the application stage, and are also making them a condition of offer. NC State University Poole College of Business

North Carolina State University's Poole College of Management Jenkins MBA program has extended deadlines for its Full-time (US Citizens and Permanent Residents), Professional Evening, and Professional Online programs. The new deadline is May 13th, although candidates may speak with an admissions representative if additional time is needed. Professional Evening and Online applicants receive automatic GMAT/GRE waivers and Full-time applicants may submit a waiver request. In addition, enrollment deposit waivers may be available upon request. Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business is committed to supporting you. Our deadline is extended to June 15 for our MBA, specialized master’s degrees, and graduate certificate programs (). We will accept virtual test scores as equivalent to in-person tests for the fall 2020 enrollment term. In some cases the test may be waived. The State University of New Jersey Rutgers Business School - Newark and New Brunswick

For Full-Time MBA applications for Fall 2020, the Round 4 deadline is May 1st and we will be adding another round with a July 5th deadline. After that, we will accept applications on a rolling basis. Merit scholarships will still be available to qualified applicants through July 5. Applications to the Part-Time MBA program will be considered throughout the summer. Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management

Syracuse University’s full-time MBA and on-campus master’s programs have made some changes to its admissions cycle in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. An additional round of applications will be accepted by May 15. In addition, the Duolingo English Test has been added as an alternate option for the IELTS/TOEFL exam. The minimum score requirement is an overall score of 120. There also are dedicated virtual rooms available to meet with candidates who have questions. University of Manchester Alliance Manchester Business School

Alliance Manchester Business School is continuing to offer both their Global MBA and Full-Time MBA to applicants. For the Global MBA, we expect our July ’20 intake of the Manchester Global MBA to go ahead as planned, and applications are still being accepted for our July intake with Admissions Committees now taking place virtually.  Those who are offered places for the July intake will also have the opportunity to defer their studies to January 2021 at no additional cost if they choose to not start their MBA studies in July. Whilst for the Full-time MBA is also currently expected to go ahead as planned, with applications still being accepted and Admissions Committees now taking place virtually.  As the Manchester MBA is incredibly practical and hands-on, and many MBA students already have excellent professional experience, we may be able to explore alternatives to GMAT, including our internal Manchester Admissions Test.

University of Michigan Ross School of Business

Michigan Ross has taken a number of steps to accommodate prospective students. We now accept online GMAT/GRE test scores.  While we encourage all applicants to apply as soon as they are able to do so, our Full-Time MBA Round 3 deadline has been extended to May 29. The final deadline for Master of Management is June 1, and July 1 for domestic applicants to Master of Accounting, and Master of Supply Chain Management.   Our Online MBA application deadlines have been extended, with a final deadline of June 15. For candidates applying to start in Fall 2020 only, limited GMAT/GRE waivers are available if they meet specific criteria found here. In addition, the Online MBA is now accepting applications for a Winter 2021 intake, with an application deadline of September 21, 2020.

The University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management continues to accommodate our applicants.  The Full-Time MBA program added a June 1 deadline and will offer GMAT/GRE & TOEFL waivers (via Duolingo) for applicants unable to take these exams virtually due to COVID-19.  Part-Time, Online, and Executive MBA deadlines remain unchanged. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School

UNC Kenan-Flagler will delay the official start of the Full-time MBA program to August 31 and has extended the Round 4 Full-Time MBA program deadline through July 13. Applications will be reviewed and admissions decisions released on a rolling basis. Due to COVID-19 and applicants' reduced ability to access and prepare for the GMAT or GRE, GMAT/GRE waivers are available for new applicants. Applicants can submit other standardized test scores (e.g., SAT/ACT/LSAT/MCAT/etc.) and for those receiving waivers, formal offers of admission may be based on the successful completion of our Analytical Skills Workshop prior to the start of the program. The Mendoza College of Business has extended deadlines and made other accommodations including waiving application fees (waiver code: IRISHMBA).  The Round 4 deadline for the Two-Year MBA program is May 1. University of Rochester Simon Business School

Simon canceled the Pre-Fall orientation and academic coursework and shifted entering date to August 2020. We waived $90 application fee and added a June 15 application deadline for Fall 2020 entry. Encouraging prospective students to take the GRE or TOEFL tests at home if they can. If a student does not have a GRE/GMAT/Executive Assessment score and is unable to take a test at home, they may qualify for a waiver if they have a 3.2 cumulative GPA from an accredited undergraduate or graduate institution. The University of Washington - Foster School of Business Evening MBA program has extended the Round 2 deadline to June 2, 2020, to allow applicants’ access to online tests: GMAT, GRE, or the Executive Assessment. In addition, the Foster Full-time MBA Program has opened a Round 4 application deadline for domestic applicants still considering starting their MBA in Autumn 2020. Rather than starting the six-week, three-continent global immersion in June, we are moving it to spring 2021. Vanderbilt MBA has waived the application fee and testing requirement for applicants who apply during Round 4. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, beginning May 5, with applicants receiving an admissions decision within a week of application completion. Vlerick Business School continues to offer its internal, online admissions test VBAT as an option for the full-time MBA applicants. The free-of-charge VBAT comprises of 20-minute analytical and 15-minute verbal tests.
