In the new world of COVID-19, ASB has been adapting its curriculum and collaborating with its corporate partners to maintain the unique and experiential nature of our Action Learning project-based education experience. Last week, in the fourth week of lockdown, our students were able to complete Spring semester projects in a highly interactive closing virtual briefing. Special thanks to Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Samsung Electronics, Volvo and our other partners for their support. This past week we successfully launched our new Spring electives. Auburn University Harbert College of Business
The Harbert College of Business at Auburn University is working with prospective students to offer flexible enrollment options for Fall Semester 2020. The application deadline for Auburn Full-Time and Online MBA programs has moved to June 1 to allow more time to engage with our admissions team. Emory University Goizueta Business School
Emory University’s Goizueta Business School has extended the application deadline for its One-Year MBA to April 15, 2020 and its Two-Year MBA to July 1, 2020. Application fees will be waived for the remainder of the application cycle for candidates applying for a fall 2020 start. Individuals who have not taken a standardized test (GMAT/GRE) can still submit an application and will be considered for waivers. For Evening MBA and Executive MBA, the requirement for being currently employed is relaxed for those who have been laid off due to COVID-19. Learn more.
Georgetown University McDonough School of Business
At Georgetown McDonough, we embody our Jesuit value of cura personalis, or care of the whole person. Amid testing center closures and economic uncertainties related to COVID-19, we have given Fall 2020 Full-time and Flex MBA applicants more flexibility. In addition to the onsite GMAT/GRE, we will accept the online GMAT/GRE and expired GMAT/GRE scores, the Executive Assessment, MCAT, and LSAT. For English testing requirements, we will now accept the online TOEFL and online DuoLingo. After Round 4 on April 27, we’ll move into our rolling admissions cycle with a June 24 deadline. UPDATE: The fall semester will now start on September 8 in order to maximize the probability of an in-person start date.
Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business
In response to the coronavirus, Georgia Tech continues to take precautionary measures to keep our community safe. Through virtual engagement, candidates may easily connect with Evening or Full-time ambassadors, attend online events, and speak with an admissions team member. After our April 15 deadline, we have two remaining deadlines for our Evening MBA Program. The Evening Program is accepting online scores as well as test waiver requests. The Full-time MBA Program has one remaining deadline: June 1. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis and candidates will have decisions within a month of submitting a completed application. The Full-time Program is also accepting scores taken in the online format. If you need flexibility in submitting credentials, please let us know, we are happy to work with candidates on an individual basis.

Unlock your true potential with an IMD MBA. Apply for our next application deadline by May 1. IMD is accepting applications without test scores for those unable to take their GMAT/GRE/TOEFL/IELTS in time for our May 1st deadline. As online tests are now available in the majority of countries, we recommend that you register as soon as possible - all links and relevant information can be found here. Conditional offers will be made for those unable to take the test before May 1st and online assessments offered if necessary.
Imperial College London Imperial College Business School
Imperial College Business School is continuing to offer a highly personal Admissions process with our teams working remotely, providing ample opportunities for prospective candidates to connect with us online. We have relaxed our requirements around GMAT/GRE test scores to apply for the Full-Time MBA and MSc International Management programmes to allow candidates to submit an application without their score, and we are offering conditional offers to the programme where necessary. We are also accepting test scores from the GRE General Test at home. Where required, MBA and MSc interviews are taking place online through one-to-one interviews or via our online interview platform. We have also increased our flexibility in the official copies of documents we usually require at the application stage, and are also making them a condition of offer. Indiana University Kelley School of Business
Indiana University Kelley School of Business has extended deadlines for several programs and made other accommodations for applicants.
The Full-Time MBA Program, following the April 15 deadline, will continue to accept applications from domestic candidates on a rolling basis until June 1. If disruptions caused by COVID-19 have delayed completion of the GMAT or GRE, candidates are welcome to submit their application prior to taking the tests, but test scores must be submitted before a final decision is made. Candidates are also welcome to contact the program if they’d like to arrange a chat by phone or Skype with the admissions team.
The application deadline for the fall 2020 cohort of the Kelley Direct Online MBA Program has been extended to July 1. In addition to experiencing the program’s on-demand virtual open house, applicants can join staff for online office hours and register to attend live info sessions by visiting the Meet Us page.

Application deadlines for the January 2021 MBA intake have been extended to allow applicants more time to prepare. Candidates can also submit their applications without a test score, or alternatively, take the GRE Test at Home and TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test. Kennesaw State University Coles College of Business
Effective April 1st, 2020: In light of the uncertainty created by COVID-19, applicants for fall 2020 admission will not be asked to take the GMAT or GRE exam. Fall 2020 applicants will be evaluated for admission based solely on the competitiveness of their combination of GPA and full-time professional experience. Note: Any official standardized test scores submitted to KSU will still be considered by the department. This policy is not retroactive, and admissions decisions made using previously submitted official test scores remain in place. All admissions documents must be received no later than July 1, 2020 for consideration of admission into the MBA or WebMBA program. The London Business School admissions team remains available to support all applicants at this challenging time. In response to this unprecedented global situation, our world-leading Faculty have developed a webinar series ‘Leading through a pandemic’. We are offering virtual experiences for prospective candidates to access information and advice, and are conducting candidate interviews virtually. Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business
Rice Business launched a deferred enrollment program this week that enables undergraduates to gain admission to their Full-Time MBA program and obtain career experience before they attend. With the MBA Early Admit Program, students apply during their final year of college and reserve their spot two to five years after graduation. Eligible students must be employed during the interim years to hold onto their space. As part of our response to COVID-19, Rice Business has adjusted some of their application requirements due to closed standardized testing sites. If you are applying for the June 30 deadline to the new MBA Early Admit Program, you may provide your ACT or SAT scores instead of the normally required GMAT or GRE. International students and all majors are welcome to apply; the program uses the same Rice MBA requirements and application without the application fee. This program is now available to Class of 2020 graduating seniors from Rice University as well as other universities. This year’s program has a June 30, 2020 application deadline.
University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Gies College of Business
Want to start your online MBA in May? Gies College of Business is still accepting applications for you to get an early start in their world-renowned iMBA program. Apply by April 22 to be guaranteed an admission decision in time to start early coursework in May. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gies’ online programs are as strong as ever. University of Manchester Alliance Manchester Business School
Alliance Manchester Business School is continuing to offer both their Global MBA and Full-Time MBA to applicants. For the Global MBA, we expect our July ’20 intake of the Manchester Global MBA to go ahead as planned, and applications are still being accepted for our July intake with Admissions Committees now taking place virtually. Those who are offered places for the July intake will also have the opportunity to defer their studies to January 2021 at no additional cost if they choose to not start their MBA studies in July. Whilst for the Full-time MBA is also currently expected to go ahead as planned, with applications still being accepted and Admissions Committees now taking place virtually. The pandemic is also having an impact on those wanting to take their GMAT tests and who are now unable to sit their tests. Our Admissions Committee are adept at analysing MBA applications with not only taking the GMAT exam into account. As the Manchester MBA is incredibly practical and hands-on, and also the fact that many MBA students already have excellent professional experience, we may be able to explore alternatives to GMAT, including our internal Manchester Admissions Test.
University of Michigan Ross School of Business
Michigan Ross has taken a number of steps to accommodate prospective students. We now accept online GMAT/GRE test scores. While we encourage all applicants to apply as soon as they are able to do so, our Full-Time MBA Round 3 deadline has been extended to May 29. The final deadline for Master of Management is June 1, and July 1 for domestic applicants to Master of Accounting, and Master of Supply Chain Management. Our Online MBA application deadlines have been extended, with a final deadline of June 15. For candidates applying to start in Fall 2020 only, limited GMAT/GRE waivers are available if they meet specific criteria found here. In addition, the Online MBA is now accepting applications for a Winter 2021 intake, with an application deadline of September 21, 2020.
University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management
The University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management continues to accommodate our applicants. The Full-Time MBA program added a June 1 deadline and will offer GMAT/GRE & TOEFL waivers (via Duolingo) for applicants unable to take these exams virtually due to COVID-19. Part-Time, Online, and Executive MBA deadlines remain unchanged. Test waivers remain an option. Questions? Email mba@umn.edu. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School
UNC Kenan-Flagler will delay the official start of the Full-time MBA program to August 31 and has extended the Round 4 Full-Time MBA program deadline through July 13. Applications will be reviewed and admissions decisions released on a rolling basis. Due to COVID-19 and applicants' reduced ability to access and prepare for the GMAT or GRE, GMAT/GRE waivers are available for new applicants. Applicants can submit other standardized test scores (e.g., SAT/ACT/LSAT/MCAT/etc.) and for those receiving waivers, formal offers of admission may be based on the successful completion of our Analytical Skills Workshop prior to the start of the program. The Mendoza College of Business has extended deadlines and made other accommodations including waiving application fees (waiver code: IRISHMBA). The Round 4 deadline for the Two-Year MBA program is May 1. Decisions will be released by May 22. After the May 1 deadline, we are moving to rolling admissions for the Round 5 deadline of June 15. University of Washington Foster School of Business
The University of Washington - Foster School of Business Evening MBA program has extended the Round 2 deadline to June 2, 2020, to allow applicants’ access to online tests: GMAT, GRE, or the Executive Assessment. In addition, the Foster Full-time MBA Program has opened a Round 4 application deadline for domestic applicants still considering starting their MBA in Autumn 2020. (Please note, the Full Time MBA will accept the online/alternative GMAT or GRE tests.) The Full Time MBA Round 4 deadline is May 19, 2020. Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management
Vanderbilt MBA has waived our testing requirement for applicants who apply during Round 4. Round 4 applicants will also have their application fee waived. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, beginning May 5, with applicants receiving an admissions decision within a week of application completion.
