Crafting Your College Essay:

What To Write And How To Write It

presented by

 collegem-id-fc-horizontal-rgb

What should I write about for my college essay? Do I even have interesting or different experiences to share? Where do I start? How do I make my essay captivating to an admissions officer?

Many college applicants ask themselves these questions amid the uncertainty and stress of the undergraduate admissions process. In this workshop, collegeMission consultant Rachel Beck will demonstrate how applicants can brainstorm unique essay ideas, connect with their target schools, and prepare themselves for their best shot at application success. She will also conduct an engaging, live review of several college essay examples, examining what works and what does not, with the goal of setting the college applicant on the right path.

Aspiring college applicants and their parents are encouraged to attend this event together.
